Stunning Sugar Top Condo w/ Pool Access!

This condo is located on the first floor of Sugar Top. The hallway leading from the unit opens up into the main lobby from where you may dip into the indoor pool and Jacuzzi or spend some time in the sauna or in the weight room. Step out onto the balcony and experience the surrounding Grandfather Mountain. Washer and dryer are available inside this unit. If you love to cook, feel free to utilize the condo’s fully equipped kitchen or you may drive down to one of the local restaurants. This condo is beautifully furnished and features soft colors and reds for a cozy atmosphere. Its two bedrooms, Double sized sleeper sofa and two bathrooms will accommodate 6 people with a Queen bed in the master and two Twins in the second bedroom. The Lobby offers Wi-Fi for all guests. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. Our SugarTop Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Outdated in need of renovation
Popcorn ceiling is falling in master bedroom. Knobs are falling off of vanities. Pull out sofa is not usable given poor condition of mattress. Dryer vents directly into room. Needs updating.

Condo unit at sugar mountain.
We came for a quick ski weekend. This unit was clean, well kept, loved the fireplace and it was a great bargain. There was some difficulty trying to contact the owners of the unit because I mistakenly booked us on a wrong date. We needed to check in a day earlier and then to leave a day earlier. Totally my mistake, but the date was open and the amount of money wouldn’t have changed. The vacation rental agency said they attempted to contact the owners, but never did. We still made the trip and it was fun, but it was inconvenient because we went at a time that didn’t really work. Again, completely my fault but we are talking about a days difference, and no money would’ve changed. That’s more of a rental agency issue then it is the unit itself. I am also waiting on the $400 deposit that was taken which I don’t receive back until March 12. I feel like that is a very long time to hold that much money when we rented the unit February 24 and 25th.

Sugar top is in an excellent location. Condo was fully equipped (just needed more trash bags and paper towels), decoration makes you feel at home. Place has plenty of bath towels, linens, and pillows. The amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Cozy place with a view
The property is really cozy and the amenities are great. The exercise room, pool, sauna, and steam room are great. Downfalls: The twin bed room had crackers crushed up in the closet. Bedding was strown in the closets (my mother in law cleaned it up, on her vacation) The sofa bed has a rod in the middle, parents opted to sleep on the floor. The blinds were broken and lighy bulbs were blown out. We loved our stay regardless.

Unfortunate
When we stayed the heat broke twice. There were several light switches broken. There was a draft from the window to the balcony. The fuse box was hot and making a sizzling sound. Overall the place was outdated and dangerous due to faulty electrical connections. It was disappointing.

Randy is RUDE.
I have stayed at These condo's at least 6 times before and I have never had so much trouble getting in. We we're held at the guard shack for over an hour before we we're allowed to bring our belongings to the top to unload. We checked in there With a very rude man named Randy. I told him I felt that was totally unacceptible. His response was "i'm cryin a river of tears for you" sarcastically of course. As we we're waiting for the elevator discussing RANDY'S coment the young man helping him yelled we can hear you JAGOFF! So we'll never go to Sugartop again!

The condo was perfect, I did read a lot of descriptions of what was available and found one with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. I had everything I needed which made it a very nice stay. Would book again, just find one that meets your need.

Very clean and well maintained. Pleasant staff and good service. Need to bring your own food, coffee, etc. Good location, great views of the Mountains, ski lifts.
