### Upscale Home With Expansive Mountain Views

Welcome to Ace of Diamonds!  
  
Ace of Diamonds is a custom, upscale mountain-modern house with expansive long-range mountain views, situated atop Seven Devils at over 4000 feet in elevation. There are four (4) bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps three (3) and four (4) full upscale, updated bathrooms.   
  
With a large, level front yard, a level driveway, and an attached garage, which offers an electric vehicle charger, Ace of Diamonds provides easy access and ample parking for up to four (4) vehicles.   
  
The front door welcomes guests into an open floorplan with the kitchen, dining area, and great room. Guests immediately experience the custom craftsmanship. A live-edge wood stairway and balustrade, wood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a huge stone fireplace are just a few custom features. These take a back seat to the expansive wall of windows and glass doors leading to the open-air deck, framing the spectacular long-range, layered mountain top views and flooding the great room with sunlight.   
  
The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances and is well-equipped to prepare and serve meals to a packed house. There are multiple options for making coffee, with Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, and standard coffee pots available. The adjacent dining area offers a banquet-style table that seats eight (8) guests, plus the kitchen island with two (2) more barstool seats, allowing up to ten (10) guests to dine together inside.   
  
Separated by the custom-crafted open stairway, the great room boasts a large HD Smart TV above a stone wood-burning fireplace, comfy living room furniture, and those long-range mountain views.   
  
Three of the bedrooms are on the main level. The master suite is on one side of the house and features a generous master bedroom with a King bed, HD Smart TV, and glass doors leading to the main level deck. The private ensuite master bathroom is a masterpiece, flooded with natural light, featuring a vanity with granite countertop and his-&-her sinks, a walk-in closet, a private water closet, and a large central shower with tile and frameless glass. On the other side of the main level are two more King bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. One of the two King bedrooms has an HD Smart TV, glass doors leading out to the rear deck, a direct entrance into a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker from which you can play your favorite tunes. This bathroom is also accessible from the main hallway and can serve as the powder room. The second King bedroom has an HD Smart TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a custom tile shower.   
  
The stairs down to the lower level end in the middle of ample open space for relaxing and entertaining. On one side, you will find an 8-foot slate pool table, a ping pong table, an electronic dart game, and sliding glass doors to the lower patio and the backyard. On the other side of the central stairway, you will find comfy furniture situated around a large HD Smart TV. The owners provided many family-friendly games and activities for guests to enjoy.   
  
Another bedroom on the lower level has a King bed and an HD Smart TV. It is adjacent to another custom, upscale full bathroom. There is a laundry room on the lower level with a washer and dryer and two roll-out Twin beds that can be set up and used as guests prefer. The attached two-car garage is accessed from the lower level and boasts a newer electric vehicle charger.   
  
The rear deck on the main level features live-edge railing pickets and offers outdoor seating and dining options and a gas grill. The lower rear patio features a hot tub and a picnic table and is level with the backyard, which offers a wood-burning fire pit. A covered front porch provides another spot to relax and enjoy mountain breezes and looks out at the level front yard.  
  
To recap the features and amenities, this house has 4 King bedrooms, a loft that sleeps 3, long-range mountain views, custom craftsmanship, and one-of-a-kind features. There is a wood-burning fireplace, Bluetooth speakers, HD Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living areas, a game room with a pool table, a ping pong table, an electronic dart game, an air hockey game, and an attached garage with an electric vehicle charger. Ace of Diamonds also offers high-speed WiFi internet, digital TV programming, and multi-zone central heat and air conditioning for year-round comfort control. The recently replaced central HVAC removes up to 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, allergens, and odors from the air, including COVID-19.  
  
Ace of Diamonds is a unique and memorable vacation home, built and updated with care, prioritizing quality and comfort. A stay here is very likely to start a long-standing tradition of return visits for your family for many years to come. Please note, there are exterior security cameras at the front and back of the home.  
  
Ace of Diamonds is centrally-located and convenient to everything in the High Country. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Line Park is only 1 mile away. Otter Falls hiking trail and waterfall are less than 2 miles away.

Cleaning rags and paper towels left behind. Tenants had to finish cleaning before settling in. No information about operating televisions. Remote control units missing. Toilet paper holder in master bath broken. The contact at Carolina Cabins was helpful, but having to deal with issues on the first day was. The owner seemed much more concerned that the tenants would damage the hot tub than with providing a comfortable experience.

#### Location Location Location

This property is at the top of the mountain. Providing incredible views. Also, heed the warnings of the winter weather!! Our group did bring all wheel drive vehicles and one almost slid down the mountain! The roads up that far were the last to be plowed. We had a group of ten family and friends. The space was more than adequate. If i needed to make one recommendation it would be to provide more dishwashing pods. This property sleeps 13 and with that many folks you would need to do dishes every day, which we did for 10\. The water pipes did freeze on us, but that is in no way a fault of the property, simply a circumstance that could not be helped. All in all, our group was thoroughly pleased with the property and stay and would recommend to others.

#### Wonderful stay

Property is very spacious and beautiful. Location is great with amazing views.Kitchen had everything we needed but could use some new pots and pans. Lots of wildlife in neighborhood; rabbits, deer and even a bear. Jacuzzi was cloudy so not sure it was treated fully. Pool table and ping pong table was great on a rainy day. Would definitely stay here again (and we are picky!).

This property is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious for a large group (family)! The views are stunning!! It’s super comfortable and feels like home! I would most definitely recommend! Just a note we were there in temps near 0 there was a ton of snow and ice making the drive up to the house tricky (4WD required), the driveway wasn’t visible so we used Google maps to try and locate it, and for the 1st 2 days of our stay 2 of the bathrooms didn’t have running water bc of frozen pipes… all things that can’t be avoided in temps that low… it did not damper our stay just a heads up for future folks!

#### Couldn’t have been better!

I stayed here with 7 other adults and the home was wonderful! Very clean, nice bedrooms, and the property manager was prompt and helpful with both questions I emailed about during the stay and there were minimal things we needed to clean as part of checking out (which is always appreciated!). We had a great time. The road up to the house is very steep and windy - just a heads up for fellow travelers.

#### Beautiful home with amazing views!

The house was perfect for four couples. We enjoyed the game room with pool table, ping pong, and darts. The hot tub was an extra bonus after a long day of riding motorcycles through the beautiful mountains! It was a dream home to stay in!

#### Gorgeous home and breath taking view of God’s Creation

We had some minor issues with the property (not enough hot tub towels) and an alarm that had to be reset, the property management team was prompt and at tentative and took care of our issues very quickly. The towels were even hung on an outside door so as not to disturb our family meal (a text was sent to alert us). The home is as beautiful as described and in a beautiful location. If we go back to the area, we will definitely check to see if this home is available for rent. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week. Just lovely!

#### Spectacular views from the house.

Lots of games to play, pool, ping pong and air hockey. Hot tub was great after they fixed the temp on it. Nice to have a fire pit, and yard. The house was very clean, well stocked with linens. The view was fantastic from the deck.

#### Ace of Diamonds was even better than expected

I booked the stay at Ace of Diamonds for my family's 2nd Annual Sibling/ Family trip. My brothers were the first to arrive, within minutes texts from them started coming to my phone about how nice the house is and how the pictures don't do it justice. My sister and her family agreed. We had a great stay at Ace of Diamonds, there's so much I can say about this property, but the highlights are the amazing view, quiet and peaceful setting, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, the pool table, peaceful front porch. The house is huge, but still very cozy. And while I was a bit surprised over the drive up (1st time in the mountains) if you take your time, it's not too bad and if I can do it, you can too! Would definitely recommend Ace of Diamonds!

We loved everything about this property and the location. We enjoyed the view, easy access to burn pit, hot tub and game room for the teenagers. The place was super clean, comfortable beds and everything was there that we needed. We loved being so close to Otter falls! Highly recommend for a perfect mountain getaway!
