Ce fut somme toute assez décevant, pas de restaurant d’ouvert dans cet immense batiment, il faisait froid et impossible de faire réchauffer la chambre et ce durant notre séjour complet, plus jamais ce sera notre lieu de repos pour un voyage dans cette région et en plus pour un cout assez élevé

Unfortunately with staffing shortages all around, we are unable to have our restaurant open on Mondays and Tuesdays. We strive to always give the best guest service we can and we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay.

I'm a nurse. I had a very difficult few shifts. I worked 52 hours in 3 days. I came home to a broken air conditioner. I needed sleep fast. It was just before 11pm. Sam was working the front desk. He was polite, kind and understanding. The price wasnt excessive at all. I walked into this plush bedroom! It was spotless, and I slept like a baby. Im so appreciative for the efficiency and kindness. Sams customer service was the icing. Ill be back!

No heat all night in room 313 but didn’t report because I just wanted to sleep without being disturbed and then suddenly the heat started working again 5 mins prior to departure. It was weird.

The rugs in the halls were stretched and presented a fall risk. I was charged an unnecessary “resort fee”. I’m not sure what made it a resort but it was lacking the feel on any resort I’ve stayed at.

The property was good overall. A pool would have made the stay a million times better. Also I can't believe the lack of snow clean up even though we had known about the storm for a week in advanced.

Went to the Casino bar. Figured have a drink before playing. Sat over a half an hour before we realized no one was behind the bar. The girl running the drawings, told me " yeah, the bar tender is on break". My reply...Really? No replacement? The Girl roaming the floor finally made us a drink after another half hour. I told my Wife, lets go to the Restaurant, they are open until 8, and we can get a bite and drink. The Restaurant was closed, even though it was only 6 PM, and they close a 8 on Sunday. Girl yelled, we're closed! Some young Security guard comes over and says the Restaurant is closed. After the experience at the casino bar, I asked him " Why?". He became indignant, and told me " because "! Because why? Just " because " was his reply. I said to him please elaborate! He said, "its none of my business"! At that point, the hair stood up on my neck. Here's this 20 something kid, telling me none of my business. I told him I am staying at the Hotel, not able to get a drink at the bar, nor a meal at the Restaurant, and this kid that I have socks older than him, telling me none of my business. I stay at the Hollywood Casino Holtel on a regular basis. I have to rethink that Customer service and politeness goes a long way. The disrespectful attitude of this snotnose punk represents the Management. Maybe they don't want Customers anymore? Its a new generation. One thing I'm proud of, is my kids are resp
