I just messaged their Facebook page to inform them of our case and they were very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in without hassle. Room service was also done everyday so we always go back to a clean room after touring the whole day. The location is also near the BTS Sanam Pao station and a convenience store. We had no trouble going to places since it’s very accessible and walking distance to the train station. Hotellet och rummet: Inte det nyaste hotellet, men ser bra ut ändå. Man kunde se på vissa delar i rummet att det var slitet efter många år. Bra med en restaurang med Sydthai mat och ett café (Smith & Friends) vid receptionen. Personalen var vänlig. De hjälpte mig med tidig check-in när jag landade tidigt på morgonen. Sängen och sängkläderna var sköna. Städningen kunde varit lite bättre dock. Faciliteter: Swimmingpoolen var bra, men inte stor. Solstolarna och parasollerna var fina. Gymmet var litet, men duger för lite träning. Närområde: BTS Sanam Pao och 7Eleven ligger jättenära. Dessa var en av anledningarna att jag valde hotellet.
