Interesting neighborhood with good eating choices and a craft beer bar on the doorstep. Transport is easy - a sky train nearby and plenty of boats up and down the river from ICONSIAM. Only other thing is the outdoor tub is quite cold, hot water heater definitely cannot handle anything that size.
