An older hotel, with very very old school charm. Needs a make over to get rid of the 70’s and 80’s odor. The staff did accommodate my issue of noise from the night club in the lobby of the hotel. Decent gym and grat roof top pool.

The best hotel in my opinion by far. Absolutely awesome customer service and cleaning services and room service. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. Malls in walking distance or catch a inexpensive taxi.

Only issue I had, was I booked/paid for a suite with a kitchen (stove). But yet this wasn't usable. Again has kitchen but no dishes, or soap to wash what couple forks, and spoons that were there. Kind of seems pointless right. I also think the pictures are misleading. Your room isn't in the traditional buildings, the hotel just surrounds them. Other then that, staff was nice and the room was comfortable.

No assistance at front desk re tours. Only breakfast and in room dining (plus taxes and another fee). Bar down stairs closed. We booked a room to find out we were not allowed to use amenities so had to pay extra and upgrade

My gf enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet. It was close to most of our destinations being in the Emquarter. Facilities were nice but WiFi wasn’t that strong. Staff was always polite and helpful especially during the breakfast hours. Check-in and Checkout were a breeze. They even let us move from the Corner Wing building to the Main Building without a fuss and let us check in early. For the price, you can’t beat the amenities or peace.

Property along with furnishings in the room needs some serious updating as the condition is very old. Hotel needs renovation badly. The hotel is also located too far away from the main Sukhimvit Road to all main shops, malls and attractions. A family on a budget needs to factor in additional cost for taxis since the hotel doesn’t provide a free shuttle for guests.

We stayed in the Traditional Thai Villa's out the back of the Hotel.. wonderful... Shared rooftop pool was amazing.. Shame no Room Service... and Loud Parties every night at the weekend..

We stayed in the two bedroom Thai house for 2 1/2 weeks. Overall, the stay was very nice. The staff were helpful and everyone was very friendly. The hotel is starting to get a little old, but everything is pretty well maintained. we will be staying here again next year.

We enjoyed how quiet the property was and walking distance from most places. But you definitely need some updates. The bed was hard as a rock, the showers need more scrubbing, and the towels and sheets were rough. The spa experience was great and had much softer towels. Food was mediocre.

The property was good. The pool was in a different building than the hotel that I was staying in. The photos of the pool are different than what was on Expedia. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

beautiful and quiet, we had the 3 bedroom pool villa with lots of space, a kitchen, each kid had own room with ensuite, lovely, right on the pool Breakfast is simple but fine, easy to order in or walk for a nice meal nearby, starbucks nearby, Only one con: Did not receive daily maid or cleaning service, not sure if we needed to ask for it or what but no one came to take out trash, exchange towels, etc

Love this hotel! Have stayed here many times over the years. Good location, but gets quiet and peaceful when you get in the back. Particularly love the villas! More Thai-style, vs a typical Western high end hotel, but I love the ambiance. A little worn over the years, especially since COVID, but still enjoyable!

Staff was great. The only thing neg I could say is that the breakfast was the same everyday. It was good but just the same. Don't let that be a reason to not stay at this location. I would stay here again. Spa workers were too notch and got us in when we enquired about services.
