Personne a la reception tres accueillante et aidante !! Tout le personnel est souriant et gentil!! Chambre propre et confortable !! Seul point negatif est que l'hôtel est loin du centre ville avec les attractions touristiques. Il faut donc prendre le transport en commun qui peut prendre jusqu'à une heure de tempa aller. Toutefois, le personnel m'a commandé un Grab taxi et c'était parfait!!! Rapide et peu cher!! J'ai installé l'application et j'utilise justgrab depuis!!

Super friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in and check-out experience pleasant. There's a spa located in Tower A, which is reasonably priced and really convenient to visit when you're staying at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The location was also quiet and away from the noisiness of the main street, which was a plus! The BTS station is also not too far of a walk, but in general, you will be a bit further from the typical tourist attractions, but there are still a lot of trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore in the surrounding area.

お部屋は広く、ゆったりと過ごせました。 できたら、部屋にティーパックなど紅茶を飲めるようにしてほしい。共用部のドリンクマシンの横にカップを置いてほしい。部屋のマグカップはひとつのみなので。受付やロビーの香りがとてよくリラックスできて、なんの香りか気になりました。 スタッフも皆さん対応がよかったです。また泊まりたいと思います。

I often stay here, it’s a great hotel. Friendly and welcoming. In a good location for the Sky Train. Toey and Noon were good when I checked in.

New hotel with bad AC that took forever to cool the room down. Had to change room because in the first one the AC didn’t work at all.
