Hôtel propre et moderne, chambre spatieuse et luxueuse , personnel souriant, efficace qui a répondu à toutes nos questions concernant nos visites. Nous avons apprécié le service de tuk tuk gratuit à toutes les heures vers le centre commercial Terminal 21 et le sky train (BTS) qu’on a utilisé tous les jours pour visiter Bangkok. Et nous avons bien aimé relaxer à la piscine sur le toit avec sa superbe vu et son service de bar et menu repas! Belle variété de mets au buffet déjeuner qui est inclus dans le prix de l chambre. Le nouveau directeur général, très sympathique, est venu vérifier si tout était parfait pour nous :) On recommande fortement cet hôtel!

Tres bel hôtel, et tres bien situé, près du terminal 21, du transport BTS et MRT. La piscine sur le toit avec sa vue imprenable en soirée sur les gratte-ciel😍avec ses consommations a des prix accessible aussi. Belle grande chambre spacieuse et luxueuse! On avait lu des critique négative concernant le buffet-déjeuner mais pour vrai, il y en a pour tout les goûts : il a toujours des fruits frais, du yogourt, des pâtisseries, des céréales, petites crêpe pain régulier et du côté buffet chaud repas typique d’ici pour un beau gros dîner thaïlandais 😍

Très bel établissement
Dernier hôtel de notre séjour, très bien placé car proche de l'avenue principale mais au calme. Service parfait et personnel très accueillant. Grande chambre, avec une literie de qualité, salle de bain très spacieuse avec de beaux matériaux. Petites attentions à l'arrivée très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, et délicieux. Idem pour les cocktails, à prendre pendant le happy hour sur le rooftop! Les prix sont un peu élevés mais ils sont parfaits. N'hésitez pas à utiliser le service de tuk-tuk gratuit pour vous rendre sur l'avenue principale. Très pratique. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Arrivé à 14h la chambre n’était pas prête. Avant même de donner la chambre ils demandent l’heure du check-out qui doit se faire trois jours plus tard. Comme la chambre n’était pas prête je suis parti faite un tour, trois heures après lorsque je prends la chambre il n’y avait pas le lit d’appoint d’installé. La chambre est sombre, la séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre se fait par une vitre, pas de rideaux. Donc pas d’intimité lorsqu’on est dans la douche et lorsque quelqu’un se leve pour aller au toilette la nuit la lumière de la salle de bain éclaire la chambre et réveille ceux qui dorment. Piscine petite, pas de climatisation dans les ascenseurs. Par mon travail je passe la majorité de mon temps dans les hôtels, cet hotel ne mérite pas un 9/20 mais plus une note entre 6 et 7/20. Hôtel cher pour les prestations fournies pour la Thaïlande. Je ne retournerai plus dans cet établissement. Le pdj quant à lui est bien.

Accueil au top. Effectivement, les commentaires que j'avais lu sur cet hôtel étaient élogieux et les gens ne mentent pas. Les transferts de l'hôtel vers le terminal 21 (Asok) se font en Tuk Tuk gratuitement et on n'attend jamais plus de 5 minutes et en plus les chauffeurs sont extrêmement prudents. L'hôtel en lui-même est juste ultra propre avec la piscine durable toit. Je garde cette adresse quand je retourne à Bangkok. Vraiment je mets un 10/10 tellement c'était parfait, jusqu'au petit-déjeuner ultra complet. C'est simple, c'est mieux qu'un Sofitel en France.

Amazing stay ! It’s probably the best hotel you can dream in Bangkok ! The staff is so helpful and nice with you. The restaurant and the pool bar is awesome ! The infinity pool is also awesome and the breakfast : YUMMY ! We will be back definitely and thank you again to all the team.

Hôtel à recommander. Chambres agréables et propres, ne pas louper la piscine sur le toit et son bar ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Seule ombre le quartier est le plus embouteillé de Bangkok. Heureusement bateau proche et skytrain aussi le tout desservi par une navette gratuite de l’hôtel.

Personnel très gentil et efficace, la réception s'est chargée de nous trouver voiture et chauffeur pour excursion, transférer nos bagages dans l'hôtel suivant, service 4*++ tuktuk pour les trajets hotel, station BTS. Bien placé. Hotel calme. Belle piscine en rooftop, possibilité de dîner sur la terrasse. Petits déjeuners corrects. Lit d'appoint moyen pour adulte. Belle chambre, superbe salle de bains. Je recommande cet hôtel ++++sur Sukumvit

Hôtel correct , bon accueil, petit déjeuner varié mais dommage que les jus de fruits soient «  chimiques », manque de rangement dans la chambre, des tuktuk nous emmènent gratuitement au centre commercial Terminal 21 qui est proche du métro. La ville reste polluée et bruyante. Ne pas rester à Bangkok trop de jours

Établissement superbe. Personnel aux petits soins chaleureux et souriant. Roof top très agréable avec sa piscine permettant un réel moment de détente et avec une restauration très bon rapport qualité prix. Les navettes gratuites à la demande permettent un accès rapide aux métros et au centre commercial , sans oublier à moins de 500 mètres le pier sur le Klongtoey-Nua qui relie le centre-ville.
