Nous sommes arrivés bien plus tôt que prévu
On nous a proposé d'attendre que notre chambre se libère et soit prête... Et ils ont vu nos têtes de fatigués, avec notre fille de deux 2 ans.. Alors ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre, avec un petit supplément..
On a accepté et en plus, elle était plus grande !

Very friendly staff, a very clean and comfortable room and in a convenient location close to everything in the Sukhumvit area. This is my 8th visit to this hotel since 2016 and that history should tell the story. Highly recommended for any traveller.

Your Basic Accomodation
If you’re looking for basic accommodation with no frills, this is the place for you. It’s clean, comfortable enough for a good night’s rest and the price is extremely reasonable. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the dipping pool was also an added bonus to soak in it especially with the heat.
I would say however, that the amenities definitely need some improvements. My shower head was a little spoilt which meant that the water pressure was a little weak and because I was on a lower level, the mosquitos had a feast. On top of that, I had extremely disruptive neighbors that were arguing and shouting at 1am in the morning (a factor that could not have been controlled by the hotel but it was otherwise unpleasant).
All in all, I would only come back if I needed somewhere that is low cost and literally just a place to sleep.

Good to find a hotel catering for more than two people without paying too much.
While not in Sukhumvit Soi 22 the location was still good.
WiFi was spasmodic but reception fixed it when we complained so service was good.

A very clean and very comfortable hotel with great staff. Close to busy places but set quietly back a few sois away from the bustle.. Foodland is close. Lots of restaurants and amenities are just a stroll. Highly recommended and I have stayed six times now. Consistently good value and good service always!

Nice studio with very good service in a quiet aerea, but close to amenities, shops and transportation.
Friendly staff and good security.
The studio has a kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
It's serviced, so beds are made, towels and toiletries are provided and daily cleaning is included. I enjoyed my 3 weeks stay

I have been to Bkk living in a different hotel each time for the past 15 years. And Like Sukhumvit 22 has the worst staff and service despite the high atings (could be fake) by Agoda & Expedia. There’s no staff at the reception after 10pm. Cable TV not working, no towels when i came in after 10pm as the guard shouts at you saying it’s not his responsibility. Had to call the manager on his mobile to ask for towels. Bad location and basic amenities a far walk. All pls take my advice, never choose this hotel for your stay.

Comfortable apartment
Quite a walking distance from apartment to Asok BTS. Around 15-20mins walk. There are some cafes nearby the apartment. Most of the time we will take Grab car out which cost around 100baht per trip. Room is clean and beds are pretty comfortable. On our second and third nights, the water pump malfunctioned and there was no warm shower. Other than this, overall stay is satisfactory.

I have stayed in Bangkok many times, and this hotel, probably the worse,. The hotel is far away from the main Sukhumvit road, have to get a motorcycle taxi every time you leave the hotel. Rooms very small, shower, poor, and very noisy in night with people partying and blasting music. Overall a poor hotel.
