The staff and security are top notch and very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious with hot water for great showers. It is next to a park which many use for walking and working out. Overall, I was very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely stay here every time that I am in Bangkok. Kudos to the staff and security. The location worked as it is near public transit. There is a building going up beside the hotel but it was not noisy at night. There are restaurants in the area but not many. It's a bit far for some of the attractions so we used public transit.
