So the a/c didnt cool down your bedroom ....of course this was the jacuzzi room selection. Breakfast was cook especially with your eggs i believe its dont expect bacon or pork . Durning renovation we couldn't sleep because they were working on 6th floor and our room was in the 5th. Overall the area is awesome for shoping and eating. Room numbers mismatched, non sequential and broken/missing. Lobby looked great but the room was old and decrepit. We didn’t stay the night. You could not pay me to sleep here. On my first night,I found COCKROACHES in the room, the washroom and shower was not clean at all(A LOT OF STAINS) I asked to have a room change, the new room was kind of in the same condition as the old. i was supposed to stay for 4 nights, i ended up staying for only 2, and since i did book a non-refundable booking, i did accept the loss. We were not even given the specs of where breakfast will be served, I had to go down to grab out breakfast vouchers, not told where the gym or pool was. The only thing she was interested in was trying to sell us their specials.
