Premiere chambre Etat fumeur et matelas trop ferme. Le personnel etait au top et a tout arrange en me transferant. Piscine et jacuzzi au top !

Proche bts
5 étoiles c'est peut être trop pour cette hôtel. Je lui en donne 3.accueille et petit déjeuner médiocre. Boisson de bienvenue imbuvable, ne faite pas l'erreur d'y toucher. Point positif : on les remercie tout de même pour le surclassement en suite/ le jacuzzi fut sympa / proximité BTS et w market.

Bon positionnement..
Je viens très régulièrement à Bangkok pour affaires, chaque 2 mois et je choisis toujours un hotel sur Sukhumvit pour la proximité du BTS, moyen de transport essentiel à Bangkok. Cet hotel est juste à proximité d'une station, ce qui est très pratique.

住宿三晚 叫咗人唔使打掃 冇諗過毛巾都唔換比我！連續兩晚都係！浴缸殘舊 多昆蟲 浴室連浴簾也沒有！完全不能接受！住14樓 仍然聽到鐵路聲！差 差 差！

Perfectly convenient location, literally just right next to the Phra Khanong BTS station (exit 1). Nice and helpful team of staff and they are all fluent in English. Excellent breakfast (vegan friendly). Nice and comfy bed, clean bath tub, great selection of facilities (gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, massage pool, even squash room). I can’t ask for more for the price i paid! Will definitely stay there again for the next visit! Cons: occasional drain flies and small buggy were spotted in the bathroom, but it’s bangkok after all. The building and the facilities overall are not in the newest condition, yet everything is generally well-maintained. And there is no 7-11 nearby. the closest one is 5mins away by walking. Think twice before booking if you are picky about these.

BTSプラカノン駅からすぐの立地で暑い中歩くことなくホテルに行けるのが何より良かったです。フロントには日本語を話せる人も居て、ベルマン（？）もフレンドリーでした。 部屋もとても広く清潔で、キッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯機がついていて、汗だくの服を洗えるのがとても便利だと思いました。（洗剤は近くのマックスバリューで購入）TVも日本のテレビがいくつか見れて驚きました。 朝食も種類かわ多く、美味しかったです。 次回もこちらに泊まりたいと思いました！

スタッフが親切。 BTS駅前の立地の良さ。ただ、周辺に目ぼしい店、レストランがない。 部屋にバスタブ、洗濯機、キッチンがあるのが高ポイント。 部屋の掃除をもう少し丁寧にしてもらえるとありがたい。部屋の隅は掃除されていない。

The location is very convenient, near to MTR. The room is big with high ceiling. However, the bath is not very clean. The shower throw is weak. The open kitchen is not clean. Lots of stain. The manager provides good service, helps make reservations for a taxi to the airport.

Reservation staff Ms Da, Kim, Joy, Tib were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast are staff is very friendly. Ms. Donut is very nice. Front staff really makes you feel special. They always welcome you with a genuine smile whenever they see you. We really liked them. . Easy access to transportation. A 7-11 type store is next to the property. Nice and clean hotel. I highlyrecommend this place. Thank you.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Reservation desk (Front Desk) Ms. Da, Joy, Tib, and Kim are extremely nice, very professional and always ready to help. Dinning room staff Ms. Donut is always smiling. Since this hotel as guests from all over the world I will like to recommend that the property ensures that there is always at least one person is dinning area with proficient English skills. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff and room were great. Suggest to book the bigger room, worth the upgrade. BTS station is 30 steps from the hotel lobby. Breakfast is good, but after 2 days you would want to eat something new. Overall 5 stars, the only downside is the traffic around the hotel, it is always congested but non-issue if you only want to take BTS/MRT.

以前住んでいた地域にあるホテルで、毎日前を通っていましたが、宿泊は今回が初めてでした。17日間と長かったので、BTSの駅前、隣はスーパーと便利の良さから選びました。古い施設と聞いていたので、やや不安はありましたが、実際には、古さを感じることもなく、清潔で、心配していた害虫なども一度も現れませんでした。（数年前にすぐ近くの高層コンドを借りた際には、毎日小さな虫が！） ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで、感じが良かったです。 ただ、事前に「VIPメンバーは空いていれば、Early Check-inやUpgrade可能」となっていたので何度も連絡を取りましたが、「チェックインは14時です。新たな予約を入れて」との回答で、結局、チェックインの際に1日分追加料金を払うことになったのは、非常に残念でした。VIPメンバーの特典は全くありませんでした。

Hotel was alright. It was a little dated and had a faint smell of cigarettes. When I took off sheets to. Heck for bedbugs as a precaution there was an old toe nail clipping. There were some stains on the floor near the door to the pool. The hotel was in a very convenient but busy area. Staff was quick when you asked for something. Our room had a private pool which made up for a lot. It was clean and a great amenity. The gym is dated with little equipment.

Room is okay enough space for two persons with cookware and washing machine. Hotel staff show very unfriendly without smile or greeting words, service really poor from restaurant staff that they just ignore dishes on table not collecting them away and food on floor become slippy..... Also window curtain in bathroom broke down and I need to cover window by towel...... Really disappointed!!

スタッフの皆様に感謝です
チェックインの時バックの中にパスポートの入ったポーチがありません。スカイトレインの車中で擦り盗られたようです。所持していたクレジットカードと現金の全てを失いました。所持金0です。それでもチェックインに応じてくれました。その後も何かと気を遣っていただきました。なんとか領事館で渡航書発給となって帰国することが出来ました。優しさ溢れるスタッフの皆様に感謝です。

リピーターです。4年ぶり3回目の訪問。 プラカノン駅からすぐの立地で夜はとても静かなです。 近くには24時間営業のマックスバリューがあり、必要なものはほぼそろいます。近隣にはローカルフードや居酒屋もあります。 部屋は清掃が行き届いており快適です。 スタッフもとても親切でした。

コンシェルジュやフロントの方がとても親切で安心して滞在出来ます。 また室内に洗濯機があるので汗をかいた後すぐ洗濯が出来るのも魅力的。 すぐ隣にマックスバリュもあるので最低限の欲しいものはすぐ手に入ります。 治安もいいので都心部からちょっと離れてゆっくり滞在するには申し分ないです。 次もこちらに泊まりたいと思います。
