Our first time in Bangkok was made perfect by the staff. Tee, Hana, and even the room keepers really took the time to make sure that everybody is treated wonderfully and that we would have the best experience. They taught us and showed us all the places to go and always had the most warm and inviting smile! The pool is phenomenal, the hotel is super clean! It’s an urban oasis that felt perfect for the city of Bangkok!
