Aircon switches off by itself in the middle of the night. Happened all 3 nights. Shower area water takes ages to drain. Bed filthy. Had tissues in the room dustbin when checked in. Our room had no windows, there was laminate in the shower instead of tiles and the drain was clogged. Staff was friendly, but the "hotel" was horrible. It is situated in the city plaza building on the 6th floor. Very near to many shopping centres and night markets around there and directly opposite Platinum Mall. Staff need to smile more esp when guests asked questions and got one seems very defensive. Maybe u due to language barrier, but she does speak a bit of English. In fact, the hotel is considerably okay if u are not expecting too much. No cupboard, no bedroom slippers, bed may be too hard for some ppl, only 1 pillow provided, no hand towel & only 1 bath towel provided, one toilet roll each time they provide and hv to keep asking if u used up, water heater turns to cold after a while and need to keep on adjusting, no bottled water provided but provides water container to take water outside the room along the walkway - which is good, less plastic used, they do provide a kettle to boil water too & for the coffee n tea packs in the room. Aircon still ok for our room. Internet was fast for us as the router is just outside our room!
