Peu de service
Bel hôtel, bien placé mais le service autour de la piscine n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Le personnel n’est pas assez formé et les plats arrivent en ordre dispersé quand ils arrivent !

Beau séjour dans un bel hôtel
Hôtel très bien placé, proche de la bouche de métro, du BTS et de tous commerces. Le petit déjeuner était super, beaucoup de choix surtout dans le salé, produits de qualité. Le personnel est agréable. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Rien à redire. Je vous recommande

While the Carlton Hotel in Bangkok is an otherwise beautiful establishment, I had a very disappointing experience with the service. To start, despite my late arrival, there was no valet service available. This is simply unacceptable for a 5-star hotel; valet service should be a given. I did not appreciate having to park my own car and then walk down three floors in the heat. Furthermore, the front desk staff member, Tan Ria Nia, was not pleasant to deal with. Although not rude, she seemed uninterested in her job and made me feel as if I were an inconvenience. Additionally, my room had no hot water, which is inexcusable for a hotel of this caliber. Such issues should be checked before any guest’s arrival.

Property was newly opened in 2019 and is extremely well maintained. Hard product feels luxe and comfortable - a nice haven to return to after exploring the city. Hospitality is top-notch - Service staff is very attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

They have bidet in the washrooms, which to me is a feature that I not experienced in any hotel.
