The exterior of the hotel looks new and modern, and their staffs were friendly too. Decent service from the staff (most of the staff members are able to converse in basic English) and great security. Hotel rooms were not very spacious but pretty clean. (Except for the bathroom, the overall hygiene and cleanliness could be better) There's a 7-Eleven located right opposite the hotel lobby, and a row of local restaurants within the area. For the kind of price, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Overall it was a great experience. The downside: Although the hotel provides free wifi, the connection wasn't too good. The room service wasn't great as you have to personally request the staff to clean your room. You are required to drop your keys in the concierge. The real problem was the staff that doesn't speak a word of english when we arrived. Next day we wanted to extend but they offered us another room which was far below standard and more expensive, so we checked out. One of the morning staff was helpful and spoke a little English. But in general you get no help if u need any information. On the night we arrived we tried to find a restaurant to eat but the only available was a local one who insisted on giving us a menu with no prices and he said he would tell us the price verbally so we left. I can't recommend it for tourists who want to be close to main attractions.
