Un accueil très inhospitalier de la part de la demoiselle à l'accueil. Hôtel très propre et très bien situé. La chambre est assez petite mais fait l'affaire pour une nuit. 1000 bahts de caution,je trouve ça limite.

- bons points =trés proche du BTS ( appréciable quand on revient à pied,chargé après shopping) Intérieur hôtel propre et bâtiment récent - mauvais point = *dans 1 ruelle très étroite, pas propre. Mon taxi a perdu 15 mns pr pouvoir en sortir - avec un minibus mal garé. Le taximan a dû demander aide d’1 personne pour pouvoir déplacer difficilement 2 grosses poubelles...et pouvoir passer . -* petit déjeuner très succinct ds un petit resto très ordinaire quelques mètres plus loin( valeur 150bhts) . *compte tenu des mauvais points , prix à revoir un peu à la baisse .

Il n’est pas la hauteur d’un hôtel de 4 étoiles !!
Hôtel neuf mais pas pour 4 étoiles !!! Pas d’accessoires de toilette (brosse à dents, mini shampooing, gel douche...) ni le plateau boissons (pas café, thé, sucre...) Tout est payant !!! En plus l’hôtel est dans une petite ruelle qui n’est pas pratique pour trouver un taxi...

Hotel bien situé et propre
Hotel est proche du BTS, La chambre est confortable literie est bien. Tout est propre. Le premier jour nous n'avions pas de l'eau chaude Le personnel à fait Le nécessaire. Ils sont très souriant et respectueux. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et assez suffisant pour nous. Nous sommes à côté du Terminal 21 donc tout est à côté ainsi que le métro pour se rendre au marché du week-end.

Good place, modern, clean and large room
Very convenient to be at 50 m from the BTS Nana station, the hotel is clean, with an inside modern design, fridge in the room, nice bathroom (only shower), good wifi. To far away from the historical center and the temples. Welcome at the desk is perfect (english spoken) and desk is opened 24/24. One negative point, the environement in this small street where the hotel is, lot (to many ) of bars with music and gogo grils for all the night, with sometimes, music in the street.

good price-quality rate, poor service
Nice hotel and room, not noisy at night. Good price-quality rate. But service of reception staff was poor. They hardly spoke English or any other language besides Thai and weren't friendly at all. For example : I was there 15 minutes early after traveling for 27 hours and they wanted me to pay an extra 500 baht ! So I waited for 15 more minutes. Poor electricity : after charging my cell for an entire night, I was at 40% battery :D

On arrival the lady on reception was a bit miserable and short.Modern room with all the facilities but the TV had only a few channels with poor reception.There was a kettle but no coffee or tea was provided.Great location near to the BTS.

設備・スタッフともに高評価となります。 ただ通りに癖があるソイなのでお隣のマッサージ店やバービアなどが如何わしいので、そこら辺はカップルとかには向かないかもしれません。 ただ通りのスタイルとしては、比較的真夜中も騒がしくは無い方可と思います。 設備に関しては綺麗ですし、トイレもシャワーも問題なく動きます。若干お湯の出が悪いので、日本人とか熱いシャワーが欲しい時には不向きかと思いました。

The hotel was perfect. It was clean, big enough, beside the nana metro station (good if your coming straight from the airport), the staff was nice, it as a good quality/price and its well located. The only thing is, it’s located on a street that is a sex workers spot, so if you’re alone and a man, be prepared to be harassed, otherwise you’ll be good! Would go again it I have to!

This property is hard to review. I'll start with the neighborhood. It's in a great location in the middle of all the action. That's the gift and the curse. Lots of dining, stores and nightlife are right there within walking distance. But to get anywhere you have to dodge ladyboys and other solicitors. It's fine if you are into that but I wasn't. The hotel rooms are small which I don't mind but there is no desk to get work done and no chair to sit on. But the rooms are clean and modern. The TV was worthless. I don't travel to watch TV but it didn't even work with my YouTube connection. The staff was ok. They were neither nice nor not. They were fine. The hotel IMO is worth the stay if you are a single guy who will be out on the town all the time and not planning on working. It's a great bargain and I might stay here again because of how central it is. Just don't look anyone in the eyes as you leave the hotel if you pick this location.

It’s a great location, the only down side is the room I reserved and paid for was larger with a small couch but it wasn’t like that, the room is very small, it’s a street with a lot of “interesting” clubs on it if you like that kind of thing (I do) but it does get tiresome getting solicited all the time. But over all I’d stay here again two thumbs up from me

The price was good, and it was very close to the BTS. Staff was very nice and I like that it was close to the mall also. The two negatives is that it’s in the middle of the red light district for Nana, which is not why I was there and you will get catcalled and grabbed while walking to your room from the BTS. Room also smelled strange.

Located just next to BTS Nana Station. Room size is good, come with 2-seater sofa, mattress is firm and hard enough, pillow is soft type. The only setback for this hotel is it is located at "red light message lane". But, safety is not compromised, quite fun each time walking back to hotel.

Nice hotel
Nice small and clean hotel just at Nana BTS station. They don't have breakfast but there is several restaurants just nearby there you can eat. The standard rooms are some small if you two that should stay there but Ok if you are on your own, the next size in room type is better when two person staying
