The staff were so nice. Great breakfast buffet for mornings. My favourite cafe is right outside, honeyful! There are 3 malls within close walking distance! And 7/11 right next door. Skytrain is like 5 mins walk which can take you basically anywhere!

good breakfast and long supply hours, shower is hot and strong but the shower head can not move, bed are comfortable, all staff are good manners, one thing is the pool are very deep water without warning, very dangerous

Close to the nearest station. Although the hotel is not new, it is clean and feels very calm. Breakfast is not luxurious, but since I don't eat much in the morning, this is enough. The hotel staff is unobtrusive and efficient when needed. Also, the hotel costs are low, and I think it's a well-balanced hotel.

The pictures are not representative of the hotel. I have no idea where the amazing gardens were. The rooms, bathrooms, hallways, pool area all need drastic makeover. Like a grand old hotel allowed to fall into years of disrepair and lack of capital. The pool is good but the outbuildings are shuttered and delapidated. The rooms look like the pics. But my bathroom sink was cracked, leaked and clogged. The shower head sprayed and leaked water out the side. The carpet needs replacing, the room safe would not lock, the bolt lock on the door wouldn’t lock. Lighting in the hallways have burned out bulbs. Pros-it seems like they’re trying their best. Staff were amazing, breakfast buffet was very good, beds were firm but very comfortable, pillows good. So they get the basics right. The expensive capital upkeep is bad though. It is affordable Would I stay again? Prob not. Sad, could be a great hotel with injection of repairs.
