Un bel endroit
Un séjour paisible dans cet hôtel tout proche du centre-ville en voiture. Calme absolu et vue sur montagne très appréciable depuis la salle du petit déjeuner si vous ne l"avez pas de la chambre.

Nous avons passé trois jours au resort RIM Rock et nous aimer notre séjour. Paix, quiétude, excellent service et bonne localisation. Bref, une place à recommander pour un séjour à Banff. Le restaurant Primrose offre une excellente vue, l’ambiance calme nous permet de bien vivre l’expérience nature.

Beautiful property with spectacular views. An oasis from the busyness of Banff, with easy bus and shuttle transport to the center of town. Walking distance from the gondola and hot springs. A comfortable and peaceful hotel.

Beautiful setting, good service, and wonderful decor. It was our anniversary and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us-a nice and classy touch.Was disappointed that the steam room was not working. Had planned to go for a swim and swim lengths but too crowded-might consider a lane for laps or a lane and a schedule. When I looked at the menu for Elan it only showed the 4 and 7 course meals-could not determine if other things were available

I drank one of the paid water bottles provided in the room, and it said $6. When checking out, I mentioned this and had it added to the bill. So, when I checked the receipt now, the refreshment was $21. I was charged $21 plus tax for just one bottle of water. I feel like my enjoyable stay was wasted.

Stayed a short two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and although on lvl 2 of the resort the view was still stunning. Had breakfast once but was expensive and average so we chose to eat elsewhere the rest of the time. All in all while the product sold was excellent, in terms of value for money i would not recommend nor would i stay here again. We picked this place to experience the grandeur of a bygone era, and two nights at AUD3,000 was a bit steep. Super convenient for the gondola, hike up sulfur mt, and the thermal baths

Great stay. Staff are friendly. Certainly everywhere we went was clean. The parking was under construction but it was still convenient to find a spot.

The resort is clean, friendly and seeks to care for all guest's needs. We were in a premium room which was large and beautiful and they even arranged to have the most fantastic view one could ever hope to see. They furnish bus passes to get you to town and a shuttle for other areas. It is expensive but excellent.

This is our first stay at the Rimrock. Beautiful place. Service was beyond the best we have ever had. From having a meal at Larkspur to going to the Keg for dinner and getting a personal ride to the front door and back. We loved our stay all around. Thank you

As soon as I got out of my vehicle I was greeted by a nice gentleman who asked if I needed help with my luggage. Then at check in I was greeted by a very friendly lady. My interactions with all staff were very good, from the reception to the waitresses and bartenders. The view from my room was amazing. I used the bus service to go into town. Check out was smooth. I will definitely go back in the future.
