We are located just minutes from Bandon's own world-class golfing and astounding beaches. Conveniently situated in a small private Douglas Fir forest, the home affords a peaceful setting while providing protection from the ocean wind and fog.
The Bandon House's tastefully designed 4650 square feet will exceed expectations with the quality and space that only higher end hotels have to offer.
A low allergen facility that features heated stained concrete floors with low nap area rugs, leather furnishings, an outdoor fire place stocked with wood, patio warmer, baby grand piano and then of course our private HD Theater!
The fully equipped professional kitchen and covered outdoor grilling area makes meal prep a breeze. You can enjoy the use of the outdoor kitchen for that perfect steak or rotisserie all under cover and just a few steps from the main kitchen. In addition we have a 25lb wet ice-maker plus 4 wet bars and 5 beverage coolers.
Relax in the spacious great room overlooking the pond and forest or in front of the outdoor fireplace. The house features rich Douglas-Fir accents, quality leather furnishings whirlpool tubs and a steam shower. For your entertainment we offer a private theater featuring a HD 114' screen, billiard table, computers, Enterprise Wi-Fi, of course 4k televisions in every room, with whole house audio and a delightful 100 yr. old baby grand piano. Comfortable sleeping arrangements feature 6 queen beds and 4 single XL and 2 Single ottoman pull out sleepers.

This is the ultimate house for a group of 12 going to Bandon Dunes. All of the amenities are top notch and very easy to use. The theater room is great and the whole house surround sound is awesome for hanging out. We added the additional cabin which gave us just enough extra space for the 12 of us.

Brett is beyond a superhost. Felt like we pulled up at a 5star hotel. House has everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed. Hot tub was amazing in December and kitchen was a dream to prepare meals for 15+ athletes. Would rate this home a 100⭐️ if I could!!!

This is our second time staying at The Bandon House. We love it here. There is plenty of space for our large family. (5 kids, spouses, and grand baby). We really enjoy the hot tub and theater, not to mention the kitchen that has everything you’d ever want! Brett is so helpful and makes sure you enjoy your stay. We will be back!

Brett is an amazing host, he goes out of his way to ensure you have a perfect stay. The home and cabin gave our large family plenty of space. The outdoor sitting areas are peaceful and surrounded by beautiful landscape. My favorite features were the kitchen, steam shower, and theater! We will be back and we will stay longer!

This place has everything you need for rest, recover, and enjoy time with friends after a round of golf at Bandon Dunes. We had a group of 12. Evryone was comfortable. The owner knows customer service. He was very accessible if needed or if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again if i took another group.

We had been looking for a while for a place to stay for Christmas and nothing caught our eye until we saw this marvelous home. Got in touch with Brett who is very professional and attentive. Brett welcomed us into his home and made us feel like we were at home. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly need from kitchen needs to family activities. Anything we ever needed Brett was available at all times and just an overall great host and person. The home is luxurious and still feels homey. Plenty of space and things to do. We will for sure be coming back!

Stocked kitchen, every cooking appliance a cook needs, media room with a super cool popcorn popper, pool table, outdoor kitchen, ice markers, state of the art media and music. This place is “dialed”. You don’t even have to bring coffee or buy olive oil. We’ve stayed at a lot of vrbo’s but this is the best overall. Need anything or have questions, don’t worry, Brett will be right there to help. #### Perfect House in Bandon
We were 8 friends playing golf at Bandon Dunes for 4 days. House is close to course (10 min), and even closer to the town of Bandon. I would highly recommend staying here if you are playing golf at Bandon (or just in town to enjoy the beauty of the area). The house has everything you need and more, including fully stocked espresso machine, ice maker, spices and kitchen gear you can actually cook with, and much more. The house has many gathering places and seating areas, as well as many beds (super comfortable I might add). You could easily have more people in the house than we did and not feel crowded at all. Brett was amazing, and we had Jen come in and cook for us one night. Ask Brett for her contact. She also said she can make breakfast, or breakfast burritos if you like. In short, if you are going to Bandon, this is the place to stay.

#### Amazing property
This property was above and beyond all expectations. We had a large group of 16, ranging in age from 2 to 72 and everyone was comfortable with so many things to do. The owner Brett, was always available and supplied items no other rentals ever do. When stated the kitchen was well stocked, it was so true. We have rented large homes for many years for a family vacation and not once has the kitchen been this well supplied. Large enough pots and pans, to accommodate cooking for a group. Too many amenities to even list. It was close enough to so many attractions we were kept busy, plus loved just hanging out at the home. All the bathrooms were nicely done plus a steam shower. Plenty of towels, for bathing and using the hot tub. A wonderful movie theater with well over a thousand movies. This home is comfortable and amazing, we would love to return in the future. Everything is top notch and Brett’s pride of ownership shows through in every way, to help make your experience perfect.

#### Fantastic Spot for Bandon Dunes Golf Trip
Brett was an incredibly great host and the property was perfect for our 12-man golf outing. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the guys trip, including a great entertainment room, chef’s grade kitchen, and awesome outdoor space. Brett was also so communicative throughout the trip for any questions or needs we had. Would recommend this location without hesitation. We will be back.
