The room was clean, quiet, and safe. It is about a mile from Old Town, where most of the restaurants and shops are located. Checking in was easy, as was the communication with management. Bear in mind that, while there is some support locally if needed, the property is managed by Vacasa and there is no on-site staff at most times. This works for me again as a solo traveler with minimal needs, but adjust expectations if you expect to spend lots of time on the property. Options in this area are very limited. There is no one on site but we called the number and the customer service woman was so nice and helpful! Our check in was super easy. The property is in good shape overall and I have always enjoyed its location/convience to many stores/restaurants in the Bandon area. But room 103 in particular has a problem in that it's right next door to a utility room that has an air conditioning/heating unit and it's too loud. In the middle of the night the unit was so loud that it impacted my sleep. I would gladly stay at this property again in the future, but this particular room and anything adjacent to the utility room would be a mistake to reserve. ##### Michael D.
