« The rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially the housekeepers, are friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet can be a little chaotic because of the number of guests, but the restaurant staff handle the crowds quite well. Afternoon tea and a light supper at the Bloom and Brew cafe were very enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel, between two BTS stations and adjacent to the Royal Bangkok Sports Club is perfect. »

"Chambre sois disant de luxe mais très vieillotte avec une petite fenêtre contrairement au photo du site qui montre de grande baie vitré. très déçu par cette hôtel. Beaucoup trop grand, le hall d'entrée est blindé de monde, malgré 6 ascenseurs ont doit attendre très régulièrement qu'il arrive. Il y a certe de la quantité au petit dej mais rien d'exceptionnel, et la salle est très bruyante. passé votre chemin vous trouverez beaucoup mieux comme hotel sur bangkok. Seul point positif: la gentillesse du personnel"
