Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the water. The room is basic, four beds, good size bathroom, fridge and dining kind of area. This spot is easy to get to the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve and other beautiful trails. It’s super convenient to get the water taxi right from the dock over to West Bamfield! We also loved the cafe in town. So much to see around this area! Liz provided lots of great recommendations too. Beautiful view from outside, location is incredible. It would be amazing if the listing were updated with current photos though. We stayed in the lower suite, all the photos are of the upper suites, which are very, very different. The lower level is less of a suite than one room with one very small window, 4 small beds along the walls, no sink, no recycling, etc. We weren't in the room much so we didn't mind too much, but it was apparent right away that the room was different expected. That might be our fault, we didn't mind much, but the listing could use clarifying.
