Very nice! There was a minor hiccup at the beginning because I booked a 2bedroom suite and they’re currently under renovation however they gave me two rooms next to each other. Another minor hiccup was locking myself out one of the rooms & the new key wouldn’t work after multiple attempts. Otherwise the rooms were very nice. Will definitely return.

Even though the property is a little bit congested in the parking lot due to active construction and Reno, the hotel still accommodates. Room was upgraded for us by the staff. This is our 4th stay here and its been another great experience.

There was work being done at the property during my stay, but everything was orderly and clean. There were some electrical issues in my room due to the work, but the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and gave me another room, which was perfect. Excellent service and value, will stay again.

Ok stay, nothing like tge Staybridge downtown.
I was disappointed, the Staybridge Suites downtown is gorgeous! This location is under construction but very small compared to the one downtown. I was also not happy that my shower wouldn’t close properly (kept opening while I was in there so water go everywhere). The staff was super friendly! Which is a bonus! Thank you everyone! Just because I have a certain taste and expectation, I know I will use the one downtown.

Wonderful stay
From the time we checked in with Erik at 700, we experienced the most polite and pleasant young man. We were here to run the Bay Bridge run and were happy to see that delicious coffee was made for our early start at 515. What a gorgeous hotel that will definately see us back again!

Nice Hotel - verify if the renovations are done
Looks like the hotel is undergoing a refresh, which is not a bad thing. The floor we were staying on smelled like pot, which was funny because the rooms at that end of the hotel were marked as non-smoking. Breakfast was good. The staff was excellent and friendly. Wireless was working. Overall, convenient location for our intentions. Would stay there again.

The staff was helpful. The suite was impressive and clean. The shower felt hot with great water pressure - very unusual for hotels. I wasn't able to close the shower door for whatever reason - kept opening back up on the roller. The bed and pillows were soft, but I used my own memory foam pillow and slept well.The breakfast had a good selection.

I like that the property had free parking when most hotels in the area charges for parking. The breakfast buffet was decent with a variety of options. The carpert, drapes and some furniture qwre very old and worn out. Overall my stay was fair but the price could be a little cheaper.

Towels werent changed at any point while i was there for 3 days. Room was pretty clean but not perfect. My other room had the AC not work, a window that was broken open and the tv remote didnt work. Everything but the ac was fixed and fixed fast. Staff was friendly. Gave my room away, but was given 2 rooms to make up for it. (there were 3 of us that were supposed to have a big suite.) Breakfast was decent, but the food at embassy sweets was way better. Breakfast area is super tiny and not really enough room for people to sit unless you get down there early.

Disappointing Stay.
Positives: staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was fairly good. However our room left a lot to be desired - it was very tired looking and while the bedding and towels were immaculate the room itself was not very clean. On arrival the bathroom light didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed until the next day, there was a breakfast bar to eat at but no chairs or stools for it - so we had to eat sitting on the stained sofa. Reception helpfully arranged for the shuttle bus to take us to the train station and we were told just to ring when we got back and we would be picked up in about 10 mins. We rang (paying for an international call) waited 40 mins then gave up and had to get a taxi back - the driver told us it happens all the time. I think there might currently be renovation work taking place - if so it is definitely needed.

The towel shortage was ridiculous. We had one washcloth for 2 people and 3 towels. At the rate I paid for the room, I should have had at least enough towels already in the room and not have to ask at such a late hour. The furniture was worn and didn't feel clean. I was very disappointed.

The young lady at check in was courteous and efficient. She made us feel welcomed. The room was clean but the a/c and television while they operated was clearly dated. They provided a dvd player. Overall stay was very good.
