Hotel room was nice, with a great little kitchen, but the shower door was broken and wouldn’t slide. I was able to squeeze in (I had already unpacked and didn’t want to repack to change rooms), but it was inconvenient. The cleaning staff should have noticed the door didn’t work if they had cleaned the shower.

The front desk guy was inefficient, the carpets on the lobby and halls were dirty, the room was not as clean and we were given a handicap room. I asked for a two double bed room at the front desk the guy said yes and then just handed me the keys without even checking. Sad to see the hotels going down in category.

The hotel stay was great and everyone that worked there was a huge help however our room wasn’t the cleanest. Our shower head was so dirty and gross looking that I didn’t want to shower there.

I enjoyed the breakfast. I enjoyed my room. It was clean and comfortable. I had a good night sleep each night. I like the convenience of having a microwave, stove and refrigerator in my room. The next time I am in the Baltimore area I will definitely stay here again. The staff was awesome very accommodating to make my stay comfortable.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and safe. I love that you need your room card to go up the elevator. I will use this hotel again and recommend it to everyone traveling to the Inner Harbor.

My check in process was amazing, with the free upgrade, the wonderful customer service at the front desk and valet. I loved my room and comfort it had for my family of 3. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was so good as well as the service. Especially with only one person covering. My only dislike was the woman who was in charge of making waffles my second morning. I was first bother by the fact someone is making my food at a self-service breakfast. Second the woman made several people waffle before she made mines. On top of the fact that she seems to be the only person in the hotel that was rude. My toddler had to wait almost 20mins for breakfast. Saturday morning everyone made their own waffles so I don't know why there was a change on Sunday morning. Even with that I would still return this was defiantly a great location.

This is a good value hotel for a stay in downtown Baltimore for business or pleasure. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout, great location, spacious rooms, and all the key amenities (good breakfast and gym in particular).

This short term stay facility was very well equipped. The small kitchenette was on point with what you need. Staff was quick to respond to request. Breakfast was awesome and well attended by the staff.

Delayed my early check in twice just to put me in a dirty room (hair all over bathroom floor, stains on curtains,) requested a crib during my reservation a month ago received two broken pack and plays (that is there “crib”), room door would not open with the access card, had to call room service multiple times hours apart just to get a couple towels and trash bags. Had better complimentary breakfasts at other Marriotts. The area was right in the heart of the inner harbor which made a good location but the stay was not pleasant to say the least. I would not recommend.

we stayed a total of 4 nights and never got any house keeping to our room. We spoke with the front desk staff twice asking to come to our room and we saw the front desk write our request on a piece of paper, yet for whatever reason they never came. We spoke with front desk again and they apologized and said they are unsure why housekeeping never came, Quite poor service

Lobby is straight forward, breakfast is right by the elevators so no searching early in the morning. Breakfast is average hotel fair. Hotel is clean, having a kitchen in the room is convenient. The pull out bed isn't comfortable, has a sharp downward slope. Would recommend getting a two bed room if necessary.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff at the front lobby and the valet attendants were very helpful, attentive, and provided exceptional service. Our room was a downer; updates needed and bugs were in the bathroom.

I Do not Know if expedia or the Hotel lists the location as INNER HARBOR it is not on the Harbor the pictures online are deceiving the Room Furnishings are extremely old the bed was nothing like pictured Will never stay here again and will definitely warn others
