Il y a eu un problème et nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes avant d'avoir une chambre. Nous avions conduit pendant 12 heures et n'avions pas encore soupé. Plusieurs autres personnes attendaient aussi, problème d'annulation... Hôtel bien situé mais la gestion semble avoir un problème.

A mom arriver, même avec la reservation en ligne ca ma prit 45 minutes avan de pouvoir avoir une chambre. Les chambres sont vraiment salle , draps souillé , plancher salle , salle de bain avec de la salletée dans le bain.

The hotel was very accommodating. I got the king size bed that I was supposed to have. on Friday night, just before I was about to leave on my trip to the hotel I had been told that my king size bed was no longer available but when I checked in, they made it available to me. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The front desk staff were nice and welcoming. When we initially got the room, I didn’t notice much of anything out of order, however, after coming out of the shower, I was informed there was no trashcan in the room, which was strange, but not a dealbreaker, since we were only staying one night. As we settled in for the evening, we noticed that the nightstand had small roaches crawling around, and when we jumped up to inspect the rest of the room, it was discovered that all of the wood furnishings had roaches crawling around it, and also along the walls. It was too late to try to find other accommodations so because we didn’t find any on the bed, we stayed the night, but needless to say, we did not eat or drink anything during the duration of our night and got out of there as early as we could the next morning. This hotel has great potential. However, they have a pest control issue that they need to address.

Clean lobby. However, many issues. Late breakfast! Not all food available that was supposed to be available. Have to pay for pet, but room is less comfortable because of having a pet. Should be a middle ground available. Our 15 pound pet is not noisy until the 100 pound pets are barking. Floors in room with pets are sticky. As far as tv, have NO idea what channels are available or what can be seen. Some staff great, some couldn’t care less about customer.

I apologize with your most recent stay with us. Breakfast is an accommodation we provide. Also, we do have a pet fee which most hotels do have. As far as the tv service, we have local programming and not movie channels, that's just part of the package we provide for cable tv.

The woman who checked me in (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name even though I’ve seen her almost every time I stay there. She wears a black head dressing) is always absolutely a pleasure. I can tell she enjoys her job and makes sure I have a good experience and clean room. However, around 12am a group of about 4 maybe 5 men were standing in front of the hotel outside the lobby and were SO LOUD!! I was in room 211 right out front. This went on for over an hour. I repeatedly called the front desk and staff only answered once. For about 30 mins the men went away then a little after 1am I could hear them laughing and yelling “gang gang” and other things. I was visiting for a work trip and did not get much sleep.

This hotel is the worst place to stay. There was water leaking from the bathroom sink.Tge phone was not working in the room. The elevator was broken down multiple times and I had to walk up five flights of stairs twice during my stay. The room was not clean. There were stains on the headboard of the bed. The carpets were not vacuumed and part of the carpet was coming out of the wall. The lady at the front desk gave me a key to someone else's room when I first got there and I walked in on that person. Smh...... I was only giving half of my refund back and when I should have been given the whole amount back after this awful experience. This hotel seriously needs to be investigated and I would highly recommend that no one stay at this place given the poor conditions. The elevators should not consistently be out of order because if there is a handicapped person they will not be able to go up all those stairs and no customer should have to go at five flights upstairs twice and deal with leaks coming from the sinks, carpets coming out of walls and a filthy room. The lady that worked at the front desk when I checked in told me that it is not her responsibility or in her job description to clean rooms after the maid leaves. DO NOT GET A ROOM AT LA QUINTA BY WYNHAM in White Marsh. This place is a nightmare!

The property is not bad but they don't clean, the room was dirty and beddings had stains, there was no toilet paper and we had to go and ask for toilet paper. But the lady at front desk was nice.

This is my 3rd time staying here due to the affordability. However the rooms are never really that clean. My mom was with me this time and got the room before me. I thought she took a shower and used a wash cloth and hung it up on the shower rod. However, the next morning she asked if I used both wash cloths but I didn’t. Turns out, that wash cloth was dirty and left up there from the previous guest! How gross. And the toilet seat was so loose I almost fell off of it.

Michele at front desk was friendly, easy going, informative, and helpful. From meeting her at check in until end of stay! I called her to the room for assistance with tv and she came up to help within less than 5mins. Only thing we did not like about our stay is that we could not watch anything but regular tv channels. No games, YouTube or movie apps can be downloaded. Also our room was a smoke free room but it’s smelt like cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. Lastly, the elevator was extremely slow. I was scared to use it because I thought I’d get stuck due to its slow functioning. Other than that I enjoyed my time there.

I am a disabled person and when I went to have my breakfast one of the days I was in the hotel, one of the ladies preparing the breakfast menu, I believe her name was Jazmin, went out of her way to help me and brought everything to my table. It was a service I never received even in the most expensive restaurant. I look for her the next day to thank her but she was off. Please thank her for me.

Construction. We passed the entrance and then ended up on the beltway. I don’t think it is your fault, just not good. Maybe put a sign out there at entrance to help.

We do have a sign by the entrance of the hotel but we actually have 2 entrances. Unfortunately, we do not own the land where our sign is located.
