My last day, I saw a roach come from the tv. The appliances are old and outdated and I didn’t feel very safe as people were able to come and go as they pleased. The staff was very friendly but the photos of this hotel are NOT accurate.

We stayed at this hotel after a concert. My boyfriend ordered us breakfast on doordash (Starbucks) and it was delivered to the front door. When he went down to get it, almost immediately after it was delivered, it was gone. He asked the front desk about it and they blatantly lied, saying that they didn’t know where it was. He could see the bag and then drinking one of our drinks. Room was ok, nothing to write home about. The shower did not work so we were unable to shower. People were complaining about their TV not working and the front desk people didn’t do anything about it.

Since moving to Atlanta GA approximately I have stayed at Extended Stays on numerous visits back to the DMV for business. The price is reasonable and proximity to the airport is convenient. Your staff was great. My one complaint is that on numerous visits there has been some sort of issue with the bathroom. Whether an inoperative shower, or some other plumbing related issue, I have had problems with several bathrooms on numerous stays with you. When I become aware of these issues. I am usually rushing to check out, and neglect to bring the matter to your attention.

The staff does not answer the phone, they just let it ring. The bed was hard as a slab of concrete. The room itself was okay, but nothing outstanding. There was a roach motel on the side of the refrigerator and a smeared dead roach in the bathroom on the wall above the shower then two doors down from some guest started to fighting at about 5:40 in the morning and when I stepped out my room the woman was in the hallway naked screaming and yelling don’t break my phone she was let back in the room and the fighting got intense that’s when I decided to check out early and get some rest at the airport
