Okay... I guess... But I won't be back
The hotel was okay I guess. The room was clean and spacious and the service was fine. The hotel is very close to a highway which makes it easy to access. I will admit that we did not apppreciate the 3 out of 6 days we spent there without hot water. And I found it pretty odd that the lady at the reception asked us if we let the water run for at least 20 minutes because sometimes it takes time. I told her we had let it run for 25 minutes the day before and it still was hot, it was kind of "less cold"... and we didn't feel like doing the same thing again that day. They ended up sending a technician and after 3 days the hot water was back. The service at the dinning room was really good, but the food was not impressive at all. By booking with hotels.com the breakfast wasn't included so we went there once on our dime. Than, we found other places to have our breakfast. It was okay, a good number of choices, but not worth the price asked for it if we take taste into consideration. Overall, we were disappointed we expected more from the Hilton name even for a 3,5 stars. We consider it was worth the price paid on this website but not a $ more.
