Ballybeg Pod 2 is a studio-style pod, consisting of a double bedroom, as well as a private front decking with two chairs. Communal facilities include showers, bathrooms, and a kitchenette with an electric hob, two microwaves, and fridge and dishwasher, with continental breakfast items provided in the kitchen for guests. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there are communal gardens with lawn, numerous seating areas, a courtyard with central fountain, a shared Canadian hot tub available upon request (subject to availability), shower facilities, and off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Ballybeg Pod 2 is your idyllic romantic stay amidst serene countryside. Note: Thursday/Monday check-in/out only. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Note: The pods only allow bookings up to 4 nights.

Region: Known as the “Sunny South East”, the counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, and Tipperary offer everything you could need for a dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on your doorstep.  
  
Town: The pretty village of Tinahely, with a pub and shop, is also home to The Courthouse Arts Centre, which hosts musical performances, artist exhibitions, and play and film screenings. This area of Wicklow is the ideal base from which to plan an angling holiday. Wild Brown Trout are plentiful in the rivers and lakes of the Wicklow Mountains. For the sea angler, Bass, Smooth Hound, Tope and Grey Mullet to name but a few can be targeted from the local coastline. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy horse riding, golf, Wicklow Way Walking and beaches nearby, while the local town Aughrim, voted best town in Ireland, is very old and picturesque with several shops and pubs to explore. Nearby Avoca is home to the TV series, Ballykissangel, and Avoca hand-weaving and craft shops. Wicklow is often referred to as the Garden of Ireland with stunning scenery and excellent walking terrain, and boasts 20 golf courses.
