This chic 1-bedroom holiday apartment welcomes up to 2 guests to  
experience an exciting vacation in Ballito Hills Lifestyle Estate. With  
a modern aesthetic and beautiful ocean views in the distance, guests  
can look forward to a memorable stay close to the iconic Dolphin Beach.  
This apartment - although compact - is the perfect size and location  
for a business traveller, a couple or a single explorer.  
The main living area is open-plan and consists of a stylish lounge with  
a large flat-screen TV and a kitchen fully equipped with every  
appliance needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a  
dishwasher and washing machine. The living area leads to a furnished  
balcony with a built-in braai, making it the ideal place to relax or  
entertain with a glass of wine. The bedroom is decorated with warm and  
inviting features, a decently sized queen bed, built-in cupboards, and  
boasts a glass sliding door for balcony access and ample natural light  
during the day and amazing starlit views at night. The single bathroom  
is beautifully maintained and features a shower.  
Ballito Lifestyle Estate offers a variety of activities to keep you  
entertained. From a swimming pool to a wellness spa, restaurant, gym,  
squash court, mini sports field, laundromat, a lounge with free WiFi, a  
games room and cinema room - you may end up wanting to book an extended  
trip!  
Ballito is a holiday town located in Durban and is a convenient  
20-minute drive from King Shaka International Airport. With so much to  
see and do, be sure to keep an eye out for the dolphins that frequent  
this stretch of the North Coast shoreline, try your hand at fishing or  
give the exciting Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom a visit.  
  
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at Ballito Hills Palm Tree Unit.  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
