This dog-friendly two-bedroom condo in the treetops offers lovely ocean views from the balcony and accommodations for up to six guests to have the perfect vacation. Located in Dominical on Costa Rica's west coast, this condo is tucked away on a hill to provide a welcome feeling of seclusion. It's not far from conveniences, though, and a golden stretch of beach is about a third of a mile downhill. The condo itself has a sunny atmosphere with plenty of windows and stylish modern decor to make you feel comfortable right away. Open up the patio doors to let the ocean breeze flow in while you kick up your feet and relax with a book or conversation. When the air is especially humid outside, keep the doors closed in favor of the A/C - you'll still have an amazing view! A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and all the essentials makes it easy to cook all your favorite meals. Extras like a blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher even help save time. There are four seats at the breakfast bar for anyone who likes to keep the chef company, while the dining table seats six. I called/emailed several times but no response so I was lucky to find a tool from a neighbor to unlock it. Only other change I recommend is replacing cooking pans as they are warped and don't sit flat on cooktop (uneven heating). This VRBO is absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Costa Rica and staying in the Dominical area. The house was absolutely spotless, very private and not too far off the main road so we could get to places easily. The view was beyond what words could describe. You could see so many animals and creatures from this deck and hear the ocean roaring in the background. This place is in a gated community so it is safe and secure. This place had the essentials of what we needed and also is super close to a grocery store. When I come back to costa rica, I will be staying here again! Vacasa group is amazing!! ##### Natalie G. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and looking at the ocean balcony while eating. I got a little nervous driving up the steep driveway but, after spending a little time in Costa Rica, I realized that is just the way it is everywhere. Lots of steep roads and driveways. Th furniture and amenities were excellent. The property manager was responsive and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The place is secure and the views are gorgeous. The only issue we had were tiny bugs in the kitchen but this is to be expected in a tropical place. Everything was clean and the kitchen had service for 4\. Unfortunately, the water was turned off in the 1/2 bath sink and there was no hot water in the 2nd bathroom shower. It is located in a private community overlooking the ocean. The home is comfortable with a full kitchen, dining and living spaces and 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. We loved being able to open the sliding glass doors to the patio and listen to the rain, ocean and wildlife. We had breakfast out there every morning and most enjoyed it. You can see large iguanas and monkeys in the tree canopy surrounding the property. The house was fairly clean overall. We had a problem with the upstairs A/C not shutting off and completely freezing us out. We let the manager know about it but it took over a day for them to address it. The drain in the one tub was also backing up during showers, which didn't get fixed before we checked out. Otherwise, this rental was very enjoyable and quiet. Just an FYI - the main drive up to house was surprisingly steep. Our supposed "AWD" rental car was not up to the task without unloading people to lighten the load. Just be sure your rental car has a functional AWD and/or decent power to get up the road. This is true for any property in this area on the East side of the highway. ##### Kristen M.
