A spacious place, perfect for working, relaxing, and enjoying the beach. Walking distance to the beach, the national park, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment offers 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, private parking, a pool, and a great terrace for relaxing. A/C in the rooms and hot water with a spacious bathroom. A modern apartment, ideal for couples. • 1 bedroom with air conditioning, perfect for a restful sleep. Queen Size bed. • Exceptional workspace with an external monitor and high-speed 300 Mbps internet. • Very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for comfortable cooking. The staircase area and the terrace on the second floor are for the exclusive use of the upper apartment. This is a quiet and safe space, where we strive to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. Access by anyone not included in the reservation is strictly prohibited, as are parties and/or excessive noise during the stay.
