New apartment designed by a digital nomad, located near the entrance of Marino Ballena National Park, in a quiet residential area. A spacious place, perfect for working, relaxing, and enjoying the beach. Walking distance to the beach, the national park, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment offers 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, private parking, a pool, and a great terrace for relaxing. A/C in the rooms and hot water with a spacious bathroom.  
A modern apartment, ideal for couples.  
• 1 bedroom with air conditioning, perfect for a restful sleep. Queen Size bed.  
• Exceptional workspace with an external monitor and high-speed 300 Mbps internet.  
• Very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for comfortable cooking. Large refrigerator and freezer.  
• Bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a 50” Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series and movies.  
• Cozy terrace with a table for outdoor dining and versatile stools for use both inside and outside.  
• Outdoor relaxation area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings.  
• Private pool on the property, ideal for cooling off and relaxing.  
• Covered private parking for greater security and convenience.  
• Located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach and the entrance to Marino Ballena National Park. Services and restaurants nearby.  
Guests can use the swimming pool, private parking, laundry area, and outdoor shower, as well as the washing machine and dryer. The entrance gate to the parking is automatic and operated with a remote control; there is also access through the pedestrian gate with a key.  
The staircase area and the terrace on the second floor are for the exclusive use of the upper apartment. If you need any assistance, you can contact us through the Airbnb app or directly via the contact provided after the reservation is made.  
This is a quiet and safe space, where we strive to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. Access by anyone not included in the reservation is strictly prohibited, as are parties and/or excessive noise during the stay. Let’s take care of the space as we would like others to take care of ours. It is an honor for us to share our property.
