This 2 story home sits on 2.1 acres and backs up to a lush jungle setting. Access to the home is through the gated entry of the neighborhood on partially paved road, and the driveway up to the home is fully concreted.

With incredible ocean views from almost every corner, start your morning out by the resort-sized pool enjoying the serene jungle and looking at the waves rolling into the beach directly below while enjoying your favorite cup of coffee. The infinity pool is a treat with plenty covered outdoor space and lounge area to enjoy the jungle setting rain or shine. The kitchen and living room are the heart of the house and have a natural flow out to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and features beautiful custom countertops and details. The kitchen also includes basic cooking ingredients such as condiments, cooking oil, coffee & sugar. Also a full laundry room with detergent is included on our property.

There is ample group seating under the covered overhang and lounge chairs poolside in the sun. There is an outdoor shower if you come in straight from the beach. Surrounded by lush greenery, you might as well be in a remote jungle escape at your own private pool while just minutes away from the beach and the main shopping and restaurant district of Dominical.

Take your provided beach towels and chairs to the beach to watch some of the most amazing sunsets seen in the South Pacific every night of your stay. Yoga mats are provided – use them in the morning at the beach or by the pool to greet the day and immerse yourself in the Costa Rica “Pura Vida” lifestyle.

Please note that all bedroom entrances lead to open areas. Please ask about this if you have any doubts.

If you prefer private transport to get to the home, we can assist with that as well and have a rental vehicle waiting for you at the home. Just let us know.

Great property and great location.

This team was a delight from start to finish from booking to making sure we were checked in without a hitch.They made themselves available while not intrusive of our holiday.We were delighted from the moment we hit the ground until we left the gate.Location for us after a dozen years of holidays in the area was the key point this year and it was a magic combination as close enough to town to get what was needed quickly while far enough and with those outstanding Costa Rica sunsets.Nothing could be better.Kendall Williams

Spectacular views

This property overlooks the ocean. You can hear the crashing waves as you float in the infinity pool. The pool bar was a great way to spend the afternoon. The rooms all had an ocean view and balcony. I can't say enough. The small town a few miles away had a gluten free organic market Mama Tuscan's, and Mono Congo had the best breakfast and lunches at a great price.Chris was always accessible and recommended Hermes our driver and Ale a Chef, both provided wonderful service. Highly recommend

Amazing location

Beautiful home nestled in a beautiful gated community right above the beach. Very close to Domi and lots of local attractions. Property managers were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond for my family.

Casa Tres Vidas is Pura Vida!

For our first trip to Costa Rica we chose the Dominical area based largely on the description of the surf and the laid back vibe of the town. We were not disappointed. At Tres Vidas, along with our adult children, we experienced Pura Vida! The property was so much more than we could have hoped for as it had four beautiful and comfortable master suites and an outside setting that was beyond compare. Tres Vidas is beautifully decorated and maintained. The property managers were so responsive and hospitable. The surrounding beach areas were gorgeous and the waves delightful. We enjoyed being on the edge of the Pacific surrounded by all of the natural beauty of "the jungle." We returned home restored, yet longing for more time there and plotting our return! Thank you for a marvelous vacation.
