The air-conditioned accommodation is 300 metres from Ballarat Train Station, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Her Majesty's Ballarat.
The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms (queen and two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. A flat-screen TV and DVD player is offered.

#### Amazing Place to stay
Very comfortable beds and the two bedroom apartment has two toilets and a spa bath. The heating is great and it is a beautiful peaceful place to stay. Unfortunately I had some sick animals so could not stay two nights but I would book it again in an instant. 11 out of 10
