### Villa in Balk with Private Jetty

This luxurious holiday home with its own jetty in Balk, Frisian, is very suitable for holidays with the family. From the house you can step into your sloop and have a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy. Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit. The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury appliances. Through the French doors in the living room you can easily reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water.  
You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only.
