This home is the perfect for families. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (1-K, 1-Q, and 2 twin XL beds). Each bedroom has flat screen TV. A 6 passenger golf cart is included in the rental, and a temporary membership to The BHI Club is available for separate purchase to enjoy private pool access with lovely children pool area, dining, golf, tennis, fitness! Saturday/Saturday rental. 4 pm arrival/10:00 am departure. \*\*PEAK SUMMER SEASON SATURDAY TURN DAY\*\* \*\*Includes: Beach Chairs, Gas Grill, Beach Toys, and Regular Coffee Maker. Every day we walked the boardwalk straight from the house to the beach without having to get in the cart. The house was well maintained, plenty of supplies available so you don't have to bring an enormous amount of stuff to enjoy vacation. All appliances worked without issues. Questions to owner were answered promptly. This place is such a great vacation, the golf cart holds six, the beach is walking distance, the beach area is enormous so plenty of space for kids to play and the waves are not too risky. All 3 beds were comfortable with extra comforters were available. The room with the two twin beds does get colder than other rooms. Checkout procedures were completely logical, easy to follow and we were easily able to complete all tasks though our tram pickup was scheduled for 7:15amWe will certainly use the house again if we stay on Bald Head Island again. ##### Michael B. Perfect for our family of four, and could bring a couple of friends next time. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Bathrooms were nicely updated. Love the easy beach access. Only had two issues - laundry was left in the washer and dryer when we got there, and had to be rewashed, folded and put away. Also, some mugs, plates and cups in the cupboards were dirty and had to be rewashed before use. Not sure if it was an issue with the previous visitors or cleaning company. We had an amazing stay at the Sandcastle! Kim was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was very well stocked and the location was incredible. The house was lovely and in a great location. It is centrally located on the island and just a short golf cart ride to the market, shops and several restaurants. We could easily walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. There are lovely views from every room in the house. The decor is current and beautiful. Kim, the host, was super responsive and made the entire rental process easy.
