This 2nd story condominium, located in the heart of BHI’s maritime forest, has been recently remodeled, newly furnished and beautifully decorated. BHI Club available, Golf available (extra fee). Great location, teenagers were easily able to ride bikes to the club, lighthouse and the market. Everyone enjoyed the pool which gets maintenance DAILY. Ibis walking around, gorgeous live oak. Was a little worried it would be buggy but didn't get bit at all when enjoying the porch. Royal James is the best kept secret on BHI. ##### Rachael D. The condo had a well stocked kitchen with upgrades to everything. The space of the condo was exactly as listed. We had a hiccup with one of the carts but the owners were very responsive and got us back up and running in no time. The loft can get a bit warm but with a fan running 24/7 it’s not too bad…especially in the evening. ##### Michael D.
