Ocean views located on a cul-de-sac Private large crofter Two golf carts Large wrap around deck with a screened in porch "Kokomo" is island life at it's finest. We are located right on South Bald Head Wynd in a cul-de-sac with spectacular ocean views. Spread out in our home with 5 bedrooms plus an additional sleeping space! Our first floor consists of an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen. We also have 2 master king suites and a half bath. Upstairs we have two more bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has two twins and the second bedroom has two queens and two twins. Outside we have a brand new two story crofter. Upstairs we have a king size bed and bathroom. The downstairs crofter has a living / tv area with a twin bed. The crofter is perfect for another family with lots of privacy yet still close to the main house. The house and the crofter is connected by a large deck / grilling area. Enjoy the privacy in the back yard, the spectacular views from the front porch from the hammock and rockers or the sitting area on the screen porch. We have plenty of outdoor living options. We have 2-six passenger golf carts, wifi, and access to both the BHI club and the Shoals with a separate purchase directly through the clubs. The downstairs LR/Bedroom in detached structure was unusable due to cigar smoke stench. I had to sleep on couch instead. The yard had various dangerous items including a sheathed knife just laying in the backyard with some old fishing lures, rusty bikes and junk. Was very dissappointed for 10K a week. ##### Michael M. Great space for our three families with little ones. But the tv's didn't work like we were told and wifi didn't reach crofter. Also, a few kitchen outlets weren't working and we spotted a few dangerous fish hooks and a rusty broken door handle. Needs some handyman care. ##### Robin I. Brandy Parker with BHI Services really went the extra mile to make our stay fantastic. This property has lots of space for a big family and the separate crofter allows for guests to have a little more privacy. Beach access 24B is right across the street and easy to walk to. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms for your family/guests. The hammock on the front porch is an inviting place to watch the sunset. We had a great stay and would book this property again. ##### William G.
