The fenced in yard with a sizable 'potty' area for our dogs was so convenient, and since we had two children under the age of 6 with us, it was nice to know they were somewhat contained as well. The large electric grill did not work, but they had replaced that with a Ninja Foodi XL smart grill. I found this grill to be amazing. It was easy to operate and clean, and honestly mimicked a 'real' grill far better than any type of appliance like this I'd used before. Steaks and chicken came out perfect every time. The kids bunk-bed room was a big hit with our daughters, along with the many children's books. This home is exactly what we were looking for, and I have trouble thinking of even one negative thing about it. Highly recommend to everyone, especially those with young children and dogs! ##### Adam C.
