Brigi is a spacious single-family house vacation rental located just 800 meters from the center of Balatonszarszo and 21 kilometers from Siofok in the residential district, 1 kilometer from the lake. This property offers a private swimming pool (4x4m, depth 100cm, seasonal availability from May 15th to September 30th), a patio, an arbor, and covered parking for two cars on the premises. The shared property spans 2,000 square meters and features a fenced lawn and trees. Amenities include a yard, internet WiFi, and parking, making it an ideal vacation rental for families.

The property boasts a shared 2,000 square meter area with a fenced lawn and trees, providing ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, measuring 4x4 meters with a depth of 100cm, which is available seasonally from May 15th to September 30th. Unit Layout  
The vacation property, known as "Brigi (SZA113)," is a 6-room house spanning 140 square meters. It features a cozy living/dining area with a kitchen corner and satellite TV, providing access to the terrace. Additionally, there is another living/dining room with a kitchen corner and satellite TV, also leading to the terrace. The sleeping arrangements consist of one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), two rooms each with one bed and one French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and one room with two beds.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with a kitchenette that includes an oven, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two showers/WC for your convenience. Heating is available, although it may not be available in all rooms. The floors are carpeted, adding a cozy touch. Outside, you'll find two terraces with terrace furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
The property provides additional facilities such as a baby cot available upon request. Internet access is available through WiFi. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, ensuring a fresh and clean environment. Each property has a private entrance, and there are no internal connecting doors between the separated properties. When the maximum capacity of 10 guests is not reached, not all of the housing units will be available for use. The property is well-maintained, and towels are provided for your initial supply.
