Erika's Balatonföldvár Hideaway is a modern vacation rental apartment located in a newly constructed complex in the heart of Balatonföldvár, Hungary. Just 500 meters from the shores of Lake Balaton and its sandy beaches, this property boasts a shared swimming pool, garden, outdoor shower, and complimentary WiFi. With its prime location a mere 19 km from Siófok, you'll have easy access to all the amenities and attractions the area has to offer.

Soak up the sun and enjoy the refreshing waters of the shared angular swimming pool (12 x 8 meters, depth 120 cm), available seasonally from May 15th to September 15th. Relax in the shared garden area or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the property. Beat the heat with the convenience of air conditioning. Enjoy the proximity to local amenities, with a grocery store and supermarket just 200 meters away, a restaurant within 150 meters, and an internet café only 200 meters from your doorstep.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that is 28 square meters in size and located on the ground floor. The living/sleeping room features a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people, cable TV, and air conditioning. There is also an exit leading to the terrace from this room. The other room has a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), cable TV, and air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes equipped with an open kitchen that includes 2 hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower/WC. Other amenities provided are a terrace measuring 10 square meters, terrace furniture, and 2 deck chairs. There is also a reserved parking space available for 1 car.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment has beautiful and modern furnishings. While there is air conditioning, there is no heating option available. Additional facilities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot can be provided upon request. Towels will be supplied initially for your vacation stay. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 people, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
