The house is close to the pink salt lake Masazir, also called the Azerbaijani Dead Sea.  
Every year, this place attracts a huge number of tourists from all over the world, who want to see the unique pink lake of which there are only 9 in the world.  
The house is located in a picturesque place, with developed infrastructure, close to shops and restaurants offering both national and European cuisine.  
Close to the town and the Caspian Sea beach is another bonus for this house.  
It is 2 floor+attic house 335 sq/m. There is also additional 1 floor hose 117 sq/m.  
There is many fruit and decorative trees in the private garden and the private parking under the shelter for the 4 cars.
