The property was loveThe property is tucked away at the end of a path. Clear instructions were provided on how to access it. Whilst there's no parking directly outside, there is plenty of parking available on the road nearby. The outdoor seating is off to the side of the property in a little passageway. It's off the main road, so you'll park a little distance away from the front door. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very simply laid out. It's ideal for a couple looking for a quiet bolt hole in the middle of the Peak District. Baslow is a great village with plenty of pubs, grocery shopping at the local store or Co-op, and the Cavendish Hotel where you can get a 5-star meal. Very comfortable bed and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep and lovely to enjoy an outside table in the sunshine. This is a great base for restaurants (loved Charlie’s) and Chatsworth.
