The host Kevin was incredibly welcoming, and I loved having a space to relax with great views, comfortable lodgings and impeccable cleanliness. If you are looking for a hideaway that is 30 minutes from the best hikes in North Carolina and Tennessee then you have found the right place! My wife and I stayed at the property for a weekend getaway to the mountains and were not disappointed. The hot tub was just outside the door and overlooked views of the nearby mountains. We also took advantage of the fire pit for a relaxing night in with all of the necessary wood and starter stuff provided. We took a short hike along the property and overall just really enjoyed our time. The rental itself was comfortable and had many thoughtful amenities included. There wasn’t a stove, so we just made sure to bring items that could be cooked in the combo oven/air fryer or the microwave. There was a smart tv where we could watch a movie at night. The host was welcoming and extremely communicative. All in all, it was an excellent stay, and we look forward to returning in a different season to see what all has changed. ##### Deanna D.
