A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and changing table. Separate toilet. Wi-Fi (fiber optic).  
A separate bedroom furnished with a 140x190cm bed and an en-suite shower room (140x0.90m).  
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker), pellet stove. The kitchen offers direct access to the terrace and garden.  
  
Access to the upper floor via a beautiful period staircase. One bedroom with two 90x190cm bunk beds. One bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and a 120x190cm antique bed, a small room with a crib. One bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.  
  
Large enclosed garden with countryside views, outdoor furniture, barbecue, and pétanque court. Ample parking in front of the cottage and a garage for motorcycles and bicycles.  
  
All-inclusive cottage (energy costs, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included). Stay in Baives, a small village bordering Belgium, located in the heart of the Avesnois Regional Natural Park.  
This region, renowned for its verdant meadows, hedged farmland, and rolling hills, is situated in the southeastern part of the Nord department. It is commonly known as the "Little Switzerland of the North," marking the beginning of the Ardennes foothills and offering a picturesque and varied landscape. The village is surrounded by green countryside and hiking trails, allowing visitors to explore the surrounding area. Nature lovers will appreciate the walks and bike rides in the surrounding countryside.  
  
The Val Joly resort, with its 180-hectare lake, is a 10-minute drive away, offering a wide range of sports and water activities.  
  
Maroilles is 40 minutes away, Chimay (Belgium) 15 minutes, the Textile Museum in Fourmies 18 minutes, Musverre 25 minutes, Maubeuge 45 minutes, Valenciennes 1 hour, and Lille 1 hour 30 minutes.  
Shops are 3 km away.
