If what matters most is spending time together in a beautiful, serene location far from everyday troubles, pack your bags, and invite your significant other, another couple or a couple of friends, to join you for some R & R in our modern Door County cottage. The quiet wooded retreat awaits: custom-built, elegant living space, warm hospitality, with stylish designer amenities and all the comforts of home.

The Home
We'll provide everything you'll need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
First floor: king bedroom, open kitchen / living area, bathroom and laundry room
Upstairs: a second king bedroom
* Tastefully decorated interior
* Soaring vaulted ceilings allow the sunlight to flood the main living area
* Bluetooth speakers
* Double patio doors that lead to the outdoors
* Large sundeck overlooking the woods for either dining or relaxing outdoors
* Amenities and thoughtful touches that show we truly care about the comfort and quality of your stay
This makes for the perfect Door County hideaway for a couple, a small family or a solo adventurer.

The Location
Located 1.7 miles from downtown Bailey's Harbor, enjoy a popular destination on the "quiet side" of the peninsula along the shores of Lake Michigan.
* Set in the sleepy woods just outside of Bailey's Harbor
* Three minute car ride, thirty minute walk or five minute bike ride takes you into town to visit :
Cana Island Lighthouse, hike at the Ridges Sanctuary, the village park, marina, beach, boutiques, restaurants, brewery, winery, bike/kayak rentals, ice cream / coffee shops, Sunday farmer's market and more.
* Centrally located on the peninsula making visits to all of Door County's most popular little towns: Sister Bay, Ephraim, Fish Creek, and Egg Harbor all within a short drive (5-15 min).

Great Cottage
We loved the cottage. It was like new. I can’t imagine too many people have stayed there before us. Good central location for exploring door county. We would recommend this property and will likely visit again.

Exceptional All Around, Definitely Recommend!
We stayed here for a few days in March ‘24. After booking we had a few questions about the property and possible places to eat / activities going on at the time our stay. The property manager Michelle was easy to reach and her responses were thorough and prompt which was extremely helpful. We ended up trying some of the suggested coffee shops and restaurants. Great suggestions! While it was cold outside the cottage as a whole stayed warm easily. It has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable including laundry and full kitchen with lots of room for food prep so you can bring yourself, some groceries, and focus on sinking in and relaxing while you’re there. The location is settled in the woods, and a short drive to get around to activities. We were thankful to have such a nice place to go back to at the end of the evening. Thanks for helping to make our stay memorable, and definitely would return here in the future.

Lovely getaway nestled in the woods of Door County....
Red Cherry Woods Cottage was the perfect winter getaway. We love being slightly off the beaten path, surrounded by peaceful woods. The open concept and large windows invited you to sit relax and enjoy the beauty surrounding the cottage. We took long walks, and enjoyed the outdoors. The Cottage is also close to restaurants, pubs and coffee houses, only a short drive away. The host provided clear communication and information about all that the cottage had to offer, as well as information about the surrounding area. We truly enjoyed out time at this lovely getaway and look forward to visiting during the other seasons.

Door County Winterfest Weekend Fun
Red Cherry Woods Cottage was the perfect location and setting for our Winterfest Weekend Fun trip. We were close to activities and restaurants, yet able to enjoy a retreat to these beautiful Door County woods. The property is classy, fresh, clean, impeccable. The gorgeous windows provided a truly immersive experience with the beautiful outdoors. The many thoughtful details and luxuries made our time in the kitchen and living areas easy and enjoyable. The hosts provided great communication and information about the area, so we were able to get the most out of our weekend. We enjoyed our time here in the winter, and we hope to return again to also enjoy this gem in other seasons.

Beautiful New Property
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful new cottage! It was perfect for us - exceptionally clean, very comfortable and provided everything we needed. We really appreciated the king size bed. The location worked well too- peaceful & quiet, yet centrally located so we were able to visit our favorite places in Sister Bay, Fish Creek, & Ephraim. The host's communication was clear and timely. We are frequent visitors to Door County and this is our new favorite place! We're already planning to book for summer.
