I did give this property a 5 but there's a few things I would like to point out for future guest that could pose an inconvenience. The unit does not have central air condition which is very typical for homes in this area. However, during our stay, it was higher than normal temperatures. This unit is a garage apartment with many windows to let in the beautiful scenery, as well as the sunlight and heat. At night we were comfortable with the fan and all windows open. During the afternoon hours, it was too warm to stay in and we kept ourselves busy out and about sightseeing. Because we had all windows open at night, in the early mornings, we could hear the boats leaving the harbor, the traffic on the main road, and the neighbor doing a building project. We didn't mind the small inconveniences, but being a VRBO owner myself, I know some people will, and therefore my reason for sharing this information. ##### Shana H.
