Internet/Phone Reception We have the fastest internet our location allows, which is typically plenty of bandwidth to support streaming and working from home. But with that said, the bandwidth can vary a bit which unfortunately is out of our control. We have never had an issue streaming though. Cell service varies by carrier. AT&T is by far the strongest (5G) but Verizon does work too. Winter Conditions Winter in the Rockies last a bit longer and the weather can change very quickly. We do require guests to have a FWD or AWD vehicle that can handle snow Oct-May and suggest it all other times as well. The roads leading to the cabin are paved and plowed until about 100 ft before the cabin. We do our best to keep our driveway clear of snow, but it's not always possible. We do not provide refunds for cancellation due to weather and driving conditions. Light shoveling of the path leading up to the home may be required including the patio during winter months. Fires Charcoal grills and outdoor wood fires are ALWAYS strictly prohibited. Any evidence of such will result in a large fine and possible jail time. We have provided an outdoor gas grill and firepit for your use. The firewood is only to be burned indoors inside the sealed wood fired stove. Eco-Friendly We want to preserve the planet and all the beautiful spots in the world just like this so we do our best to have eco-friendly practices whenever possible. Currently we do the following to support this: ◮ Minimum 2 night stay (less laundry = less water usage) ◮ Cabin powered solely by renewable electricity sources ◮ Only eco-friendly cleaners and toiletries are used. ◮ We recycle and ask that you do as well. It’s a beautiful cabin in the mountains for a quiet getaway. My 3 friends and I spent my 21st birthday there for a small celebration, and we had the best time. We really enjoyed the patio for fresh air and Mountain views, and the fireplace inside to keep everything cozy. If we forgot to bring something, the cabin had it. There were also some board games to choose from which added some additional unplanned fun. Please stay here! I want to start by saying that this cabin is exactly as described and pictured. The check in process is extremely easy. We even arrived a little earlier than anticipated and I reached out to the owner and he responded within minutes and allowed us to check in a little earlier to give us time to get showered and dressed for a welcome dinner. The owner was very responsive and even checked in on us to make sure, if we had any questions or needs he could answer them throughout our stay. The home is very welcoming and feels like a home away from home. Once you walk in there is even a cute little QR code that provides you with an abundance of information about the amenities in the home and appliances as well as places to eat and activities, which I thought was so unique and creative! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with all your cooking needs. We highly enjoyed relaxing on the wooden deck and inside home taking in the Mountain View. We even drove to one of the recommended hiking trails close to the home and enjoyed a early morning 3 mile hike. I would highly recommend this home to visitors of the area! ##### Ashley G.
