### Cottage with heated pool, enclosed garden and WiFi in Baignes

On the ground floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, laundry room with washing machine and toilet.  
Access to the upper floor via a fairly steep staircase: a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and its private bathroom, a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed with its private bathroom and toilet. Refreshments are available upstairs.  
For babies: travel cot, bathtub, high chair, booster seat, and changing table.  
Fiber optic internet access via a standalone repeater.  
Outside: private 18 m² terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue.  
Shared with the owners: 5 x 3 m swimming pool, 1.50 m deep with a safety shutter. The pool is heated with a heat pump and open from June 1 to September 30, from 9 \[hidden\] to 9:30 \[hidden\] Pool towels not provided. 500 m² enclosed garden with trees and a hammock, deckchairs, and a table. 3 bicycles. Bicycle shelter.  
Parking for unloading, then outdoor parking on the street.  
Non-smoking cottage. Located on a main street in the village of Baignes, a town of 1,200 inhabitants, you'll have easy access to shops while enjoying a peaceful setting. The nearby greenway is ideal for cycling or walking.  
The rental is located in a detached house located near the owners' house, on their fully enclosed property.  
  
The price includes: Rental, kitchen linens, bed linens, bathroom linens, electricity, heating, and cleaning fees.  
The price does not include: Tourist tax.

#### Amazing Hosts and lovely home and garden 

It was very lovely to meet the hosts they were very accommodating. We were visiting for a wedding and had an infant so needed a pool as it was over 35 degrees. Whilst the cottage was very pretty, because it was so warm, it wasn’t very enjoyable and we really needed a fan or something to help with the heat. So we didn’t get much sleep due to the heat and having no fan.
