Some staff can speak English and Mandarin. Hope you enjoy as much as my family did. Only thing to keep in mind that buffet breakfast hours are different from weekdays to weekends. "

This hotel had great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, and Cat Ba Ventures make it very convenient for me book tours around the area, as well as transportation to/from Hanoi."

Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again."
